Timely completion of show related documentation could save your company money by earning early-bird show discounts!

Send us your show book and Exhibitwise will order all show services and arrange installation and dismantlement (I&D) of your display.

The fee for this show book service is $50 per hour with a $250 minimum for domestic shows and $350 minimum for international shows. A 50% rush fee will apply to all show books received less than 14 days prior to the submission deadline.

This service includes, but is not limited to ordering all of the following:

• I&D labor
• Utility services (electricity, telephone, gas, water)
• Furniture rentals
• Booth cleaning
• Photography
• Carpeting
• Drayage
• Shipping

Exhibitwise will complete the necessary show forms and either fax them to the general contractor with your credit card payment information or return them to you for payment by check. From there, your company's on site personnel handle last minute changes, etc., directly with the general contractor.
