Exhibitwise takes the hassle
out of getting your display equipment to the show on time and in good working
order!
Exhibitwise will arrange shipping
to and from your show, prepare bills of lading, shipping labels and provide
tracking information. We will inspect your equipment and graphics each time
they depart from and return to our warehouse and advise you of necessary repairs.
The charge for this service is
$65 per man hour with a minimum charge of $75 per shipment. Clients that have
ongoing relationships with specific carriers may have shipping charges billed
directly to them by the carrier. Shipping that is prepaid by Exhibitwise will
be billed at a 20% markup. A credit card is required for security on shipping
that is prepaid by Exhibitwise.
In order to perform shipping/receiving
services efficiently we require the following information in writing at least
10 working days prior to ship date.
- Complete list of hardware, graphics
and ancillary items to be shipped.
- Name of show and General Contractor's
telephone number
- Shipping address, preferred
carrier, ship date and level of service. We strongly recommend shipping
to the advance warehouse rather than directly to the show site. Shipments
to the show site must arrive within a narrow window of time and are frequently
mishandled by receiving personnel. Exhibitwise cannot be held responsible
for shipments that do not arrive at the show site on the target date.

- Set up date.
- Show dates.
- Break down date.
- Return shipping instructions.
Note! To facilitate timely
return of your exhibit materials, final coordination must be made with the
show material handlers by your organization's on site personnel.

Note! A 50% rush fee will
be incurred when written shipping information is received with less than 14
days lead time.
